Casting Call Application

By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and requirements outlined for the Home Offer 365 Casting Call, including the role description, submission requirements, potential compensation, project expectations, availability, and anticipated use of content.

I understand that submitting an application, self-tape, photographs, or other requested materials does not guarantee selection, employment, or participation in the project.

I authorize Home Offer 365 and its authorized representatives to review and internally share my submitted casting materials for the purpose of evaluating, selecting, and communicating with potential talent for this project.

I understand that any individual selected for the project may be required to complete a separate Talent Release and Photo/Video/Content Usage Agreement before any recorded content is published, distributed, advertised, or otherwise used by Home Offer 365.

I further confirm that the information provided in my submission is accurate and that I am legally eligible to work and/or perform contracted services in the United States, with appropriate documentation available if required.
